What We Do

Management Systems Certification Audit
A management system is the framework of processes and procedures used to ensure that an organization can fulfil all tasks required to achieve its objectives. Many International and Local Standards, such as ISO 9001 and MSPO 2530 are designed to help organizations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while meeting sustainability, statutory and regulatory requirements. Our certification is a useful tool to add credibility to your organization, promoting continual improvement and ensuring that business’s processes are effective and are running at optimal efficiency.

Gap Analysis
Gap Analysis can be conducted prior to a certification audit. This process is to review the organization’s current management system and identifies gaps to help that organization obtain certification. Our experienced team are able to help you prepare for certification and beyond.

MSPO MS 2530 SERIES

The Malaysian Standard on Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) addresses sustainability issues and challenges in relation to the multi-stakeholders involved in the industry. The standard describes the sustainability requirements for the production throughout the supply chain from the raw materials until the transport to consumer and makes it possible for each group of players to perform their respective roles and functions in the following ways:

i. Stakeholders will be able to exercise their interests by tracing all activities throughout the oil palm supply chain and monitor the established sustainability standards; and

ii. Managers of oil palm premises and other relevant facilities along the supply chain will be able to understand the roles they need to play within their respective spheres and the actions that are needed to support and achieve the goals of sustainability.

The supply of sustainable palm oil in Malaysia that is capable of maintaining its position in the future is important, as palm oil contributes significantly to the social and economic development of the country. Oil palm covers a wide acreage when compared to other export crops of Malaysia, is an indicator of its importance.

MSPO SCCS

The Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil Supply Chain Certification Standard (MSPO SCCS) covers management requirements and traceability of the production throughout the supply chain from the raw materials to processing and manufacturing of palm oil and palm oil-based products. Each group of players must perform their respective roles and undertake responsibility to enable traceability of all activities throughout the palm oil supply chain.

For organisations to comply with MSPO SCCS, traceability can be achieved by mass balance or segregation method with the relevant corresponding traceability attributes and declarations. Thus, assuring that the product origin and its quantity can be uniquely identified and the quantity which has been withdrawn at the respective stage of the value chain does not exceed the supply.

The MSPO SCCS is designed to deliver confidence and credibility to the customers and end users that the palm oil raw material originates from sustainably managed oil palm planted areas.
